KG Elektronik CS-09 automation for solar collector pump and circulation pump

The KG Electronik CS-09 controller is designed to control the circulation pump and solar collector pump. When the operating temperature exceeds the setpoint, the central heating pump is activated. When the boiler cools down, the central heating pump is turned off. Using this controller saves energy and extends the life of the circulation pump, solar collector pump, and the entire system.

The solar collector pump is activated when the water heater temperature exceeds the user-defined hysteresis. The collector pump's deactivation is directly dependent on the set pump activation hysteresis. The deactivation hysteresis is 10°C lower than the pump activation hysteresis. If the activation hysteresis is set to 20°C, the deactivation hysteresis will automatically be set to 10°C. If a hysteresis of 10°C is selected, the pump operates until the collector and storage tank temperatures reach the desired level.
