Microprocessor control unit SG 113 for gas burners

Automatic ignition units SG 113 are designed to monitor and control the operation of gas burners.

The SG 113 burner control unit is designed to control forced-draft gas burners and dual-fuel burners. It is tested and approved for use in accordance with European Standards. It is also used on stationary air-fired heat generators (WLE according to DIN 4794).
With connection of air damper servo drive, it can be used for smooth two-stage or modulating operation mode.
A microprocessor-controlled program sets an extremely stable time, independent of fluctuations in line voltage, ambient temperature, and/or the power-on cycle. The built-in visual information system not only facilitates continuous monitoring of ongoing events (important for overall process monitoring) but also provides information on the causes of emergency shutdowns.
Each time, the last cause of the malfunction is stored in the device's memory and, even after a power outage, remains unchanged when the power is turned back on. The furnace control unit can operate at reduced voltage, so the equipment is not at risk even during a severe power drop.
