The Ballu BIGH-4 gas infrared heater is a modern, energy-efficient heating device for targeted heating. It boasts absolute efficiency (100%) and requires no electrical connection. The BIGH-4 is ideal for localized heating of work areas in open spaces where traditional heating methods are ineffective.
The possibility of local installation in the place where heating is required ensures fuel economy.
The thermal radiation of a gas infrared heater, like sunlight, is weakly absorbed by the air and reaches the heated surfaces with virtually no loss. Heat is transferred directly to solid objects (floors, walls, etc.). Infrared heaters operate virtually silently, do not overheat the air, and do not disturb air or dust. The BIGH-4 heater's power can be smoothly adjusted between 3.0 and 4.5 kW.
The ceramic heater panel undergoes special pre-testing at the factory to identify imperceptible defects (microcracks, chips) that could subsequently lead to failure. Class A is assigned to panels that successfully pass all tests. The panel is protected by a stainless steel grille.

The appliance is protected from gas leakage in the event of flame failure by a gas valve controlled by a sensitive thermocouple. If wind or other external influences extinguish the flame, the gas supply will immediately stop.

The panel's body is coated with heat-resistant enamel. This coating will maintain its attractive appearance for a long time and protect the device from corrosion. The detachable stand easily disassembles into two parts, allowing the device to be folded into a compact package when not in use.

Unlike heaters, infrared heaters heat the surfaces of objects and people within their range, rather than the air. The heating area depends on the power of the radiating infrared panel and the distance to the object being heated. An outdoor heater's range covers objects within a radius of 4-6 meters from the radiating panel, depending on operating conditions.
