The processing process for each Fondital Garda Dual 1600/80 radiator includes various stages: deburring, surface grinding, welding of the bottom part, threading of holes, assembly into batteries, testing of 100% of the manufactured product at a pressure of 24 atm, which guarantees reliable operation of the device at a maximum working pressure of up to 16 atm.

After proper physical and chemical treatment of the metal surface, the radiators undergo the first stage of painting using the anaphoresis method, which allows for the processing of the assembled parts
