The processing of each radiator includes various stages: deburring, surface grinding, welding of the bottom part, thread cutting in the holes, assembly into batteries, testing of 100% of the manufactured product at a pressure of 24 atm, which guarantees reliable operation of the device at a maximum operating pressure of up to 16 atm.

After proper physical and chemical treatment of the metal surface, the radiators undergo the first stage of painting using the anaphoresis method, which allows the radiators assembled in batteries to be processed even in places hidden from view.
