Smoke Exhausters for Boilers and Boiler Rooms

This smoke exhauster is designed to create and maintain the necessary draft in domestic solid fuel boilers, fireplaces, and other appliances. It is made of special heat-resistant materials (the motor impeller is made of special stainless steel). When ordering, the exhauster body diameter is specifically matched to the existing chimney pipe diameter to avoid constricting it.

The DB-1 smoke exhauster is supplied assembled and ready for installation on the boiler. Its design does not restrict the chimney or obstruct the flow of flue gases during natural draft. The motor flange features a mounting cover designed for installation in the motor body. A special impeller is mounted on the motor shaft.
The smoke exhauster can be installed on both vertical and horizontal sections of the chimney along the flue gas path. The smoke exhauster connections are sealed with a heat-resistant sealant (up to 600 degrees).
The fan RR152-3030LH of the German brand "MplusM" is used and is equipped with the highest quality motors made in Germany.
The RR152-3030LH fan is designed for transporting hot air. It can also be used for ventilation and process equipment.
The fan has a corrosion-resistant stainless steel rotor. The backward-curved impeller blades are self-cleaning. The motor is located outside the active part of the fan and is cooled by an additional rotor.
