MAIN PURPOSE:

The D-3.5M smoke exhauster can be used on boilers, as well as in process installations at enterprises in various sectors of the national economy for sanitary, technical and industrial purposes (at thermal power plants, in metallurgical production, in the chemical industry in gas cleaning installations, dust collection, etc.).

TERMS OF USE:

• The D-3.5M smoke exhauster is designed to operate at temperatures up to 200°C;
• The D-3.5M radial single-suction smoke exhauster is used to remove (extract) flue gases from the furnaces of boiler units of various steam capacities, equipped with efficient ash collection systems;
• The smoke exhauster is designed for moving aggressive media, provided that the ordered material of the flow part is not subject to wear by the moved medium;
• The D-3.5 M smoke exhauster can be used in process installations for moving non-aggressive gases with a dust content of solid particles of up to 2 g/ ^m3 ;
• Climate performance type - UHL (moderate and cold macroclimatic regions), placement categories 1, 2, 3 and 4, GOST 15150-69.

COMPONENTS:

1 - working wheel; 2 - body; 3 - chassis; 4 - frame; 5 - electric motor, 6 - hatch.

MANUFACTURING OPTIONS:

• Execution 1st and 3rd;
• Carbon steel as standard;
• From various grades of stainless steel;
• Explosion-proof design (made of dissimilar metals) according to DNAOP 0.00-1.18-98;
• Draft machines are made with right and left rotation (see the diagrams of the installation of the housing rotation);
• It is possible to manufacture a smoke exhauster for transporting gases whose temperature does not exceed 400°C.
