CS-19 Automation KG Elektronik for solid fuel boiler

The CS-19 controller controls the CO2 and CWU pumps and the blower fan, with the option to connect a room thermostat. The automation system is equipped with a touch panel and is designed to control solid fuel boilers (wood, coal). The user can choose from five automation modes, determined by the fuel type and boiler type.

The controller is equipped with an alarm for exceeding the boiler temperature (90°C). A pump run function is available every 14 days for 15 seconds outside the heating season. An anti-freeze function activates the CO pump if the coolant temperature in the circuit drops below 5°C.

Functions F1-F4, i.e., fan power, CO pump start temperature, and boiler shut-off temperature, are automatically adjusted by the controller thanks to the intelligent control algorithm (control smart) .
