The IE-72 PID v1 microprocessor temperature controller for the solid fuel heating boiler controls the blower fan and water circulation pump. The controller features an innovative PID control algorithm, which provides boiler control with smooth fan speed adjustment based on the temperature of the boiler coolant (water). Additionally, the boiler automation system can be equipped with an RT-1000 flue gas sensor (purchased separately). When activated, it provides more precise, smooth fan speed adjustment based on the exhaust gas temperature at the boiler outlet. The blower fan, with its smooth speed adjustment, stabilizes the temperature.
