Microprocessor temperature controller for solid fuel heating boiler The IE-25 nPID controls the blower fan and water circulation pump. The controller features an innovative PID control algorithm, which provides boiler control with smooth fan speed adjustment based on the boiler coolant temperature (water). Optionally, the boiler automation system can be equipped with an RT-1000 flue gas sensor; when activated, it provides more precise fan speed adjustment based on the exhaust gas temperature at the boiler outlet. Operation of the blower fan with smooth speed adjustment is stabilized.
